Vosges is great for
having a variety of what I like to call “weird flavors,” flavor combinations
that you don’t think will work, but somehow do.
Their oyster and white chocolate truffle comes to mind. The Naga bar is a sweet curry bar which
brings to mind warm hints of summer and desert heat. Which is lovely for a rainy day like today
where all you want to do is curl up on the sofa and relax with some tea.
